1. General
1.1. In these terms and conditions and the Special Conditions (as defined below) (collectively referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”), “Hanna” or “we” or “us” means Hanna, Hanna company HK and the "customer" or “you” means any person, firm, company or body which places an order with us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website (collectively “our online shop”). By using our website, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
1.2. We make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products at our online shop are up-to-date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Depending on stock availability, pre-order products need to be ordered at least 7 -14 days.
1.3 . All photos and images of the products displayed on our website are for illustration purposes in order to help you recognise the products only. The actual size, dimension and colour of the products may be different.
1.4. If any product(s) are out of stock, we reserve the right to offer an exchange, store credits or a full refund.
1.5. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and we reserve the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable.
2. Registration

During the registration:
• You must provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registration information;
• You must safeguard your username and password;
• You authorise us to assume that any person using the website with your username and password is either you or is authorized to act for you;
• We have the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever.
2.2. You agree that you authorize Hanna to provide your relevant personal information to the Company on your behalf for the purposes set out under the Company’s Privacy Policy.
2.3 Please inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided though our Customer Service or by logging into your account profile in order to enhance communication.
2.4. For your own and our protection, if your account is not used for a specified period i.e. 1 year, we will deactivate your account and all your store credits will be forfeited (where applicable). You will need to reapply for a new account if you wish to make further purchases at our online shop.
3. Privacy protection
We are committed to safeguard the privacy of individuals with respect to personal data. We make sure that our policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) under the laws of Hong Kong. 4. Payment
Our online shop accepts payment by designated credit cards, debit cards or other designated online payment such as FPS, PayMe and AlipayHK. All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars. The prices listed in our website may differ from the prices of the same products in our physical shop. The applicable price of a product is subject to the price listed in our website or physical shop at the date of purchase.
5. Others
5.1. We only sell products to end consumers. If we have grounds to believe that you are re-selling our products to any other third party, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order.
5.2. We have the right to modify all or any of the provisions under these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any dispute arises, we reserve the final determination.
5.3. We offer a one time exchange with receipt within three days after picking up the product. Please refer to our returns and exchange.
5.4. All orders will be accepted until we receive full payment of the price. For any ordered products remain undelivered or uncollected for 30 days after arrival notification, we shall have the right to dispose of such products at our own discretion without further notice to you. In such an event, we shall not be liable to make any refund or compensation to you.
5.5. We shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss (whether direct or indirect) of revenue, loss of profits or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever suffered, sustained or incurred by you or by another person arising (directly or indirectly) out of the sale and purchase transaction with you.
